If you'd like your customers to sign an agreement & waiver directly in PawsAdmin to save your workload, add an agreement & waiver in Customer Waiver Signature.
Set up waiver
- Add your waiver content.
- Click on Enable email if you'd like your customer to receive a signed copy via email.
- Click Update, and you are done!
How it works
- Online Booking (Portal and widget): The signing page is prompted to new customers after they sign-up for Online Booking. It is also prompted after a new pet is added in PawsAdmin.
Once signed, you can find a copy on their profile page in PawsAdmin. Your customer will also receive an email copy if enabled.
Note: Your clients are required to sign the waiver before they can schedule an appointment. When they click on 'New Reservation', they are automatically directed to the waiver signing page.

- In PawsAdmin: After adding a customer, you will be directed to the signing page, where you can ask your customer to review and sign the agreement. (You can also skip it if it's not applicable)
Once signed, you can find a copy on their profile page in PawsAdmin. Your customer will also receive an email copy if enabled.
Note: Each time you update the waiver, your clients will be prompted to sign the new waiver. ✌️
